Owner Bodhi Retreats Co & Reformer Instructor

Is a very warm, supportive and passionate reformer Pilates instructor. She has been teaching Pilates since 2014 and has worked in the fitness industry since she was 21.

Having owned 2 successful studios this has given her the backbone to continue to create, communities that are welcoming for all fitness levels/ages, supportive, fun & educational.

She has had a vision for many years to create retreats incorporating wellness, connection and education around sustainability. Taking these three tools into your life to create change for oneself and the environment.

Sound Healing Australia is a platform in which the power of sound and vibration can merge with intention to bring healing and relaxation.

With over a decade worth of group facilitation experience and working within the therapeutic realms of sound – it is a joint vision of the founders to share the healing essence of vibration and harmonics with the world.

Through personal experience and witnessing the transformation in clients and participants; the founders, Serial Cut bush and Matty Rainbow continue to develop an even greater passion for this work.

Director Blue Green Sanctuary

Alistair is an Australian wealth, vitality, and fulfilment coach.

Alistair has over a decade of direct experience in personal transformation, detoxification, and inner engineering - of mind, body, and spirit.

Alistair is a qualified yoga, pilates & meditation teacher, life coach and hypnotherapist.

Having developed a diverse toolkit as an intuitive healer his focus has been on self-empowerment and mind, body and spirit connection.

Work he describes as 'internal relations'.

The Byron Hinterland Venue

Our reformer Pilates retreats take place in the serene and picturesque Blue Green Sanctuary, located just outside Byron. This five-acre paradise is a haven of tranquility, with its beautifully landscaped grounds, expansive lawns, and a charming gazebo overlooking a peaceful lake. The sanctuary also offers terraces, cozy nooks, swings in the rainforest, and even the delightful presence of wild ducks on the lake.

The name "Blue Green" was chosen to reflect the breathtaking natural surroundings. The vast blue sky and distant mountains inspire the "blue" aspect, while the rainforest trees, gentle sloping lawns, and surrounding macadamia and coffee plantations contribute to the "green" element. Handcrafted elements and recycled materials are thoughtfully incorporated, celebrating creativity and sustainability.

The fusion of art and function creates an atmosphere of simple luxury that nourishes both the body and soul. Join us at the Blue Green Sanctuary for our Reformer Pilates retreats, where you can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and immerse yourself in a peaceful and rejuvenating environment.
