Class Types

A wide variety of exercises are performed on the reformer to promote length, strength, flexibility, and balance.

An instructor will guide you throughout our classes to ensure you are performing exercises with the correct technique. 

We give you lots of options in our classes to make it easier or more challenging and you can go at your own pace.

We recommend joining our Flow classes first. If you feel ready for something more challenging you can try out Fit.

Reformer Fit

Reformer FIT is a faced paced dynamic class. Expect to sweat and sculpt . 

Reformer Flow

Reformer FLOW a medium paced class which works on the entire body with lots of fluidity in a dynamic class to strengthen your body with a touch of burn & sweat.

Please note all classes require socks to be worn for hygiene and safety purposes. You can bring your own to class or purchase at our studio.
